The whole process of this service call to get my fireplace up and running was flawless. First - I was EASILY able to schedule online a service time that worked for my schedule. Second - the follow up was incredible. I received a confirmation of the scheduled time, a reminder of the scheduled time and WHO was coming to the house AND I received a text notice when he was on his way. On top of that- when he arrived, he was very courteous to put slippers on to keep my house clean. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in a way that didn’t insult my lack of knowledge. He provided several different options and educated me on the pros and cons of each. I’d recommend them over and over again.

First time having Bush Heating and Cooling out to the house. Justin was awesome. He took the time to answer all my questions about our gas fireplace. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. He also put boot covers on over his shoes before he came into the house, which is a great sign of professionalism and care. Fair price for the fireplace inspection.

I purchased a furnace 26 years ago and whenever I needed repairs, I always called Bush. No matter the time of day or day of the week or even holidays, they were there to repair if needed. I didn't have too many repairs over the last 26 years. I called this week with the hope to get it fixed as it wasn't running. They came out in hours. They looked at it, got it running but told me it was a temporary fix. I could repair but at 26 years old it would continute to need maintenance. They gave me the cost to repair and the cost to replace. I was pleasantly pleased to hear that the cost to replace was within reason. So today they came out and replaced my furnace. Very professional and great to work with. I recommend using them. They are fair and honest.

Jeff came and did my clean n check on both furnace and fireplace (gas fireplace). Jeff showed me how to get doors off and clean glass. Educated me on maintenance and how often. What to watch for too. Fireplace was pretty dirty I knew that, he took care of that and my furnace definitely needed clean and check too. Great job Jeff. Plus, very friendly and respectful and patient with me since I needed to learn. Definitely recommend. Ty Jeff. Plus, family business love the history this company has in Monroe.

Furnace stopped working and they had someone out to look at it within an hour. Justin had it fixed and working again super quickly. Would definitely use this company again.
