I’ve been in the landscape business for over 30 years in south east Florida and have always been happy with the products . Over the past few years at the Jupiter location the customer service has gone down hill . This past week was the last straw . The women behind the counter are rude and nasty . Good luck with the staff if you decide to spend your time and money there.

I wish I could give 5 stars for the establishment because it is well organized and has lots to choose from. The staff on the other hand are very rude and are not knowledgeable about what they sell. Every time I go there I feel like I am an intruder. The 3 girls at the counter just look miserable. I would tell them life is too short …. Go find something that makes you happy. Or try a smile , you are surrounded by beautiful plants and flowers. 💐

Nice place to get your garden needs and location quite easy to go for someone not from the state. Workers are very pleasant

DONT BUY BAHIA FROM HERE !!! $90 for this pallet, looked good from outside but sucked on the inside all grass was grown together mostly dead grass an dirt. Drove from Jupiter to fort pierce no way I was turning around tomorrow I will go get my money back !

The stars are for the selection & layout of products; it’s easy to understand what’s full sun or shade, etc., and there is lots of choice for rocks, planters, seats, decor, etc. However, you MUST know what you want and about plants before you go here. Make no mistake, customer service is not their business. Plenty of staff around but they do not speak English and the ones who do speak English are tucked inside by the register & have no interest in helping you with height, design or choices for your yard. Like most businesses in these crazy times, the friendliness just isn’t there. They look too busy to be bothered and faces have an attitude that they expect some sort of fight. My landscaper goes here so thankfully I won’t have to go in future. Take photos and show your yard Co what you wan
