Parked on the start of the 2nd floor, took over an hour to leave an event on a Wednesday. It wasn't opening night or anything special, just a normal event. I expect to wait a bit in a parking garage, especially in Hartford after an event, but this was ridiculous. The payment process is slow and a little confusing. I will park in the lots across the street or down the road exclusively from now on. I recommend to anyone going to an event at the Bushnell to avoid this garage.
Expensive for event parking ($20). Plenty of free surface parking around, but the garage is covered and available. Tough choice. It’s not necessarily closer.
Took 50 minute to leave an event… management needs to be better horrible experience
