Brand new house and extremely loud startup on the AC which is a precursor to a sign of potential problems, often due to debris, a failing motor, loose components. It’s definitely not debris, already have had them come out once and they said it was “Normal.” It is most certainly not normal when I can hear it shake my house on the south side and have it wake me up throughout the night. Hopefully they see this and remedy the issue.
