I seriously cannot put into words how amazing Busted Knuckles Cleaning is. This company is professional, transparent, friendly, and incredibly thorough. I’ve used their services several times — first before we moved into our new home, and many times since for deep cleanings. The last few visits, I’ve been home while they worked around me (and my newborn!), and they were always respectful and accommodating. We have two large dogs who shed A LOT, but when they’re finished cleaning, it’s like we don’t even have pets. They truly get into every surface of the house. They also do their best to be flexible with last-minute requests. I unexpectedly went into labor early and wanted to come home to a clean house. We hired Busted Knuckles Cleaning to do a yearly deep-clean and they did a wonderful job. The team was thorough, polite, and made quick work of our home. Our technicians, Lex and Bridgette went above and beyond. BKC was also cheaper than the company we used last year but cleaned significantly more and didn’t have to come back for any follow-ups. What impressed me most was their flexibility; they originally quoted my home as a 5-hour job, but when I asked if it could be done in 4 hours, they didn’t just say yes. Instead, they asked which areas of the house were most important to me so Aliyah could prioritize them. That thoughtful approach really stood out.
