Got a quote over the phone, was able to schedule service within a day of calling, he communicated his arrival and departure, sent before and after pictures and even took the time to set up a fan we had available to help dry out the carpet. This was an extremely dirty carpet that I thought our only option was to replace. Walter did a thorough job and returned the carpet to useable, refreshed state.
