Let me start by saying that I should have read the reviews when the add in the Clipper magazine seemed too good to be true. Simple, we wanted to service our chimney. I don't know if this is a legitimate business or a money laundering scheme because. I called the (215) number and just reached an odd tone. I tried the (610) number and it went to voice-mail. I decided to leave a message and a few days later, I received a call by "Mike" who according to the ad was the owner. We scheduled for the next week. Along came that day and two hour window of time with nothing. No one came to the house. At that time, I looked to see the reviews and to my surprise, looks like I'm not the only one the company has "ghosted". About six hours after the appointment, "Mike" called to apologize about kissing

Terrible company. They blew off three appointments we made, wasted many hours of my time. Avoid these clowns.

This company is not to be trusted, I asked for a cleaning the guy comes out and tells me there’s no liner in chimney just from looking at it , then he says he can’t clean it because of that , then opens cap on outside of the chimney and pushed some dark build up from the chimney back down the chimney now my house smells like burn wood, I recommend to not use this company it’s free estimate but waste of time. Another company actually went on roof checked and cleaned my chimney!!!

Should have read the reviews because there is a pattern here. Called based on Clipper Mag and said I'd be home at 1; Mike said he would be there between 1-2. I call him when it's close to 2:00 and he said he came at 11:30 and took pictures of the chimney. One, can they not tell time? I said after 1:00, you agree, yet come at 11:30. Two, how do you measure for a cap when from taking pictures from the ground? Also, even though I distinctly said chimney cap, he first tried selling me on masonry work for over $1,000 to which I say no; I just need a chimney cap. Asked when he could install and he said I'll call you in 2 hours. Never called. I call the next day, he doesn't pick and never returns my call. I found his information in the clippers magazine and decided to give him a call. I called on two separate occasions and left two different voicemails. a couple days later I, received the FIRST call to set up the appointment. I received a second call days after and he had no clue we had spoken already and set the first appointment. That led me to think the first appointment was never taken down nor logged into any system if there is any. He was supposed to come yesterday Nov 18/2021 and he never showed up. I called him at around 2:30pm to check and he never answered the phone. I left him a voicemail and never answered me back. Completely ghosted me. This shows the level of unprofessionalism from this company or individual. If I could leave no stars and still write the review I woul
