From the moment Vinny showed up to estimate my septic job, I knew this is the company I want to do business with. Jamie in the office is pleasant and helpful. The crew that showed up on time as promised was headed by an extremely talented guy named Chooby. Chooby and his crew are the best group of guys that I have ever had at my home doing work. Their professionalism along with the care and respect they showed my family and my property has impressed me beyond words. We tried Busy Bee Septic this past Autumn and had a very good experience with them - they did a great job at a reasonable price and cheery attitude. When we had a sudden problem in the middle of this very cold weather we called them for help and they were awesome! Calmed our fears to begin with, then came out quickly, analyzed the situation thoroughly and explained it to us. The problem was corrected beyond expectations for a reasonable price. And again, they all have a great attitude. We can’t recommend them highly enough!

From beginning to end an extremely professional company. From the moment you contact customer service through text messages, giving you updates on driver status and initial introduction by the driver, extremely professional Trucks are brand new, like out of a showroom. Pumps on the trucks are fantastic and work very well. The technician Hector Sabillon was both Knowledgeable, friendly and extremely professional. A pleasure. We have used many septic companies over the years and this was by far well above in every aspect of septic service that we ever had. Highly recommend their services.

I can’t recommend Busy Bee enough, we had sewer line back up issue this Saturday at our home and I didn’t know where to start. I called Busy Bee and spoke with Vinny, not only did he go over my options but he had a service man to our house with in a couple hours, which I thought was unthinkable for a Saturday. Not only did his service man Charlie offer thorough, knowledgeable professional service, even in the cold outdoor temps, but he was friendly and took time to explain each step of the process he was carrying out to solve our main line sewer back up issue. They really did get me out of a pinch this weekend and more so gave me peace of mind in finding out what the issue is. Thanks Vinny and Charlie, keep up the great work.
