Busy Bees Home Services has consistently exceeded our expectations. We have gotten help from Justin on a wide range of handyman jobs in the last few months. He is diligent and thorough and always goes the extra mile to make sure something is finished and done well. He is extremely responsive and has been willing to do jobs from small to large. He has single-handedly chopped down our seemingly endless to-do list for the house in no time.. It’s rare to find someone who’s capable, responsible, and personable who also shows up on time. I have used Busy Bee Home Services for a variety of needs. From house cleaning to baked goods, every time I have interacted with Sam, it has been a pleasurable experience! The baked goods are out of this world and my house has never been in better shape while having children live there! I have a few home improvement projects that I will be sourcing to Justin as well in 2022. I'm so glad I found and am able to support a local business!

I ordered cookies for a Bachelorette party that I was hosting. Sam consulted with me and helped me with a design. When I picked them up they were perfect for the theme of the party. And what's even better is they were absolutely delicious! Best sugar cookies I've ever had. Everyone at the party raved about them! I highly recommend Busy Bee!

Sam has been coming to our home for about a month now! I noticed a major difference after the first day she was here! She doesn’t just clean, she helps with organization. I had them come by for a plumbing issue estimate a couple of years ago and I never received an estimate or a call back. Today I had an appt and they didn't show. When I called, he said he didn't have my address. He had told me when I made the appt that he knew where I was because he had been there before. Then he told me that he "thought" he had scheduled it for later in the day. He then went on to tell me that he's a busy guy. When I said between the no estimate and the no show, I wasn't impressed, he replied "Then you can find someone else." No apology, no asking how he could make it up. I have no idea how this company was Wayne County's Small Business of the Year.
