Top notch! Had a clog in my sewer line, it worked out that they could come out same day. Also told me how to fix it if it happens again and what I need to do for a permanent solution. Highly recommend 👌 I will definitely be reaching back out when Im ready to have that section replaced.

Hired them to do my sewer hook-up. Although the job did not go smoothly (through no fault of Butcher and Sons), throughout the process, every person there was professional, knowledgable, courteous, and responsive to my questions and concerns. Highly recommend.

Had to replace my septic to sell my old house. Gary was very responsive and helpful. They were also quick and did a nice job (new owners were satisfied). Suzanne in the office was also responsive and helpful. Not that I'd want to replace a septic again, but if I did, I'd call/recommend Butcher and Sons!

Called on Thursday stating I had a emergency after calling all other plumbers in Grays Harbor. Butchers came the next morning and helped me diagnose location of my sewer line blockage. The 2 employees the sent were excellent and helped greatly. I fixed the blockage myself but without them I would have been able to do it. We had a leak in the line running from our well to the house. Butcher & Sons were recommended to me, by the well pump repair person. I called on Friday evening and talked with Benton. On Tuesday the following week he came out looked at the site and they started the next day. The job turned into more of a challenge than he haf expected, but Benton kept a positive attitude during the entire process reassuring me that everything was going to be fine. After two days of digging we had water aga. Benton went above and beyond for us. I would recommend Butcher &Sons to anyone whe need a water or sewer line excavated and installed.
