Butler Floor & Carpet

We have been using Butler Floor and Carpet for all are flooring projects. Robin Bowser is very knowledgeable about all the flooring products they sell and is a pleasure to work with. We recently had new carpet installed on our stairs and Don who did the installation was meticulous in everything he did from install to cleanup. I will never use any other company for our flooring needs.

Great experience, start to finish. Buck was an invaluable resource and helped me learn about the different types of flooring. Tom was very helpful too. Communication was super easy. These guys care about local community relationships and it shows. Without their library of take-home large-format samples I never would have found the right floors — we needed to choose floors that would tie in multiple woods stains and grains in various lighting conditions. We were able to find the perfect floor (Shaw Floorté in Blake's Landing pine pattern). This was the first time I've installed new floors and remodeled a home. We had 3 rooms carpeted and 2 rooms and hallway with flooring. From help with our order from Robin to the installation by their crew, all went smooth. Installers did a great job too and very nice guys.
