Butler Heating & A/C Inc.

This review is for truck number 056 and his dangerouse driving. He cut me off 3 times on route 52 and didn't use a blinker every time. Don't worry, I'll make sure I take the post down once I get a response. He needs to drive more carefully and stop dodging through traffic on the highway.

We will never use another A/C company, ever!. Butler not only answer their phones, they are professional and very knowledgable. They are fairly priced and they did a fantastic job on our new outdoor unit. We had gotten a few estimates. They were not the lowest or the highest. But, they were very reasonable. Another company quoted us 4,000 over Butler which we thought was ridiculous. We chose Butler because of their reputation. They were backed up with installations so we had to wait a few days, but they installed a portable unit in our bedroom which helped a lot. On the day of they install, they showed up on time and stayed from 9 am to 6:30 pm when they were finished. They removed everything old and cleaned up very nicely. Butler AC was fast and efficient! I called and spoke with Sarah at 9am, and they had someone out to me by noon!!! Michael M. came to the rescue and got our air back on in no time!!! He was unbelievably polite and professional! I would highly recommend Butler AC and they will be our go-to for any AC services in the future!!

Our air conditioner stopped working last night and, we were so scared that we were going to be spending the holiday weekend either in a hotel or in the Florida heat. But, after a late call into Butler's a technician came out. I just want to say it was 10:30 at night we he arrived and, around 11:30 when he was done. Not only was he able to quickly find and, fix the problem-he was so polite, professional and, helpful. I would recommend them to anyone and, they have made a lifelong customer out of us.
