Buzy B'z Carpet Cleaning

First time customer! I was so excited to get my carpets cleaned finally. Owner is very nice and friendly carpets are pretty clean, they still have a little smell to them. Me and my family left to get out of the way of him cleaning, (two kids are not gonna sit in one place for too long) when we came back my daughters tv was broken! It was working perfectly fine before we left and when we came back once we turned it on it looked like it was dropped or hit. When my husband him about it he said no he would’ve told us if he dropped it.. I don’t know. It just seems a little off how we leave to get our carpets cleaned and come back to a broken tv. So right after paying him to clean our carpets we have to go out and buy a whole nother tv.

Buzy B’s was amazing! First time user, they came to clean our couch which has lived with a toddler, 3 dogs, 2 cats. Needless to say, it was DIRTY especially with the light colouring. After they came by, it looks brand new. I’m in disbelief! They were also much more affordable than any other local options. They gained a lifelong customer with their beyond amazing services today. 10/10 would recommend. I attached a before picture of a close up “cleaner” spot on the couch, and an after photo to show what a difference they made.

I bought a certificate through NorCal Big Deals for my rental move out cleaning and they did an amazing job! The carpets looked fantastic! We also had pets in our unit and there was no longer that pet smell that comes along with having animals! Will use this company again in the future!

Quick response and decent fast service, however the price did change upwards after showing up to do the job.

We've been a long-time client of Buzy B'z and have always appreciated the quality of their work. The owner really goes out of his way to make sure everything is as good as it can be and does it with a smile on his face. We couldn't ask for more. Thanks, Rick!
