This company is one of the best companies I have talked to and worked with, the office ladies are wonderful and very communicative same as the technicians that come out. They are quick with their job but very thorough with their work. I recommend 10/10 to use this company for their work. We had our house treated for general pest and the pricing is very easy to work with!

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from this pest control company in Springfield! From the moment I called, their customer service was professional, friendly, and responsive. They scheduled me quickly and showed up exactly on time something I really appreciate. The technician was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything he was doing. He thoroughly inspected the property, identified the issue right away (in our case, ants and a few spiders), and treated it effectively. He even gave us helpful tips on how to prevent future infestations.

I highly recommend! They did such a great job and were very thorough and had great communication through out the entire process! The ladies in the office did a great job communicating with me. I will definitely be coming back for any future services I need and I recommend you go too!

I am very happy with the service they provided! They have done an amazing job and have good customer service. The ladies in the office were very nice and help me what I need, I don’t know much about pest and bugs but they were happy to help with what I need to know. Also to mention the owner was very nice and cooperative over the phone once I called for the services I need, I would definitely go back and get their services again!

I’m writing this review to be completely transparent about my experience with Mike, the owner of Buzz Pest Control. Although he was hired by the property management company, our phone conversation with him was extremely disappointing. His tone was rude, his attitude unprofessional, and overall, he did not demonstrate even the most basic level of professional communication skills. When dealing with something as serious as a potential mold issue, we expect to be treated with respect and have our concerns addressed with care and professionalism neither of which happened in this case.
