Buzzell Plumbing, Heating & Air

So our heating was acting up earlier in the week. We were actually using a different company but the quote they gave was absurd. So we called Buzzell to come out. Not only did they quote us substantially less they got us running in just a couple of hours. Joe and Anthony took really good care of us this holiday season! We definitely recommend Buzzell.

We discovered a gas leak under our home yesterday and today it’s already fixed and we’re back to having hot water! Issac was super thorough after fixing our issue to check all the other areas where there could potentially be a leak, then he relit our pilot light. So thankful for the peace of mind we now have knowing our home and family are all safe.

95 degrees with no cool air is miserable, but thanks to Diana in terms of scheduling as well as Nate and Hamp, the technicians, the cooling has begun. All team members I had dealings with were professional, efficient, personable and caring. I could not have asked for better service! Thank you very much!

Can't thank you guys enough for all the hard work! We had an emergency situation and Marco, Trenton, and Michael were on it! Got us up and running in no time. The next day we had another issue come up and Cassie in the office had the guys Jacob and Tucker out there within the hour! Called Cassie again a few days later, and again she had Justin and Levi out there capping off our gas lines and we didn't even have to stop working around them. Absolutely amazing crew of guys and office staff! Highly recommend! Thank you guys

I called Saturday evening when aI noticed my house wasn't as cool as usual. I called (after hours). Talked with a very friendly agent, professional and empathetic. Was promptly contacted by David who scheduled an appointment the next day, early. Was on time. David was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. He not only identified and fixed the problem (capacitor) but performed an overall wellness check and even rinsed the filter, removing some typical debris build up. I remain a VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!
