Great parking garage. The design is really well thought out, with plenty of spaces for everything from compact cars to full-size trucks. I especially like the red/green indicators that let you know from a distance whether a spot is available. The garage is about as clean as a parking garage can be, and I’ve never felt unsafe—even late at night. Signage is placed exactly where it needs to be, making the whole place easy to navigate. Overall, a smooth and stress-free experience.

As close as a spotter can get to an open air observation deck. The top floor offers some great photo opportunities for runway 15 right operations, but that comes at the expense of your wallet. 🤣 Not bad views for pictures as long as the sun isn't getting in the way, that's the direction of my camera. Most of these are taken on a cloudy day or after sunset.

Great location and value for covered parking, however the shuttle service has recently gone downhill. I travel regularly for business/personal and the shuttles are always the worst part of the experience. The 10-15 minute wait is just a suggestion and the reality is that you could be waiting up to 30 minutes or more for a shuttle. Last night (Monday evening) I was waiting at the airport terminal's first stop with approximately 50 other people. By the time the shuttle finally came we were packed like sardines. Funny enough there were plenty of frequent shuttles for all of the other lots (Express, Long Term A/B, etc.) Several of us tried contacting dispatch and there was no answer.

If you are in the car rental business, this is best place to drop off and pick up your vehicle for guests. It’s easy, safe and reliable.

I’m gonna give them 5 stars. I love the fact that my car was safe when I took my three day trip and that I knew my property was secure and I also like that they had sooo many options of where I could park!
