Communication was clear, they showed up exactly when scheduled, and the crew worked efficiently and respectfully on the property. The job was completed exactly as promised and the cleanup was excellent. It’s refreshing to work with a company that takes professionalism this seriously. Highly recommend.

Chris, with Bye Bye Stumps, came out to grind a stump that was located closely between our garden and patio in our backyard toward the end of summer. After we were left hanging by the person that cut down the Tree itself, Chris quickly came out to provide us an estimate for the grinding, mulch removal, and dirt refill. The next week, he was back out to do the work. The quick turnaround was super helpful with the landscaping we had planned for after its removal. For the work itself, Chris listened to all our concerns: watching out for wires, protecting our yard, respecting our neighbors, and more. When it came to grinding day, Chris was happy to show me what he was doing. And he was like a sculptor with the machine. He didn't just crudely drive it into the ground to tear everything up. H

Wow! This business defines excellence in customer service! Starting from the initial contact to service completion, the process was seamless. I was contacted within 24 hours with a quote and the job was completed the following day. Communication throughout the process was superb. Pricing was transparent and upfront, and even when we underestimated the scope of the work, the team was friendly and professional to work with. They removed about 30 stumps and even did a little extra work which was a pleasant surprise. Definitely would hire again!

Lucas did a great job. Whatever he is getting paid is not enough. He cleaned up my driveway when he was done and blew everything into a nice pile .

They did an excellent job. Great communication - very fair pricing- very reliable. They were careful to time their work so it wasn’t right after heavy rains. That was to protect my yard. I really appreciated their thoughtfulness.
