Bylott Construction

I am very disappointed with the work done by Bylott Construction. After only five years, the shower pan they installed has started leaking. When I had plumbers inspect the issue, they discovered that the work behind the walls and ceiling was sloppy—pipes were shoved in without proper fitting, and corners were clearly cut with the baseboard heating installation. What’s worse, when I reached out to the company to address these issues, they ignored me completely and made no effort to stand by their work or offer a resolution. They had no problem taking cash and checks when the job was being done, but when problems arose later, they were nowhere to be found. I expected professionalism, accountability, and quality craftsmanship, but unfortunately, I got none of that. I would strongly caution

Bill and his son Mike are the absolute best in the business. I’m from California and have a project in New York that another company was handling very poorly. After a site inspection I knew I needed another contractor. With the stroke of luck I found Byllott construction. Within two days of assessing the job Bill gave us a fair price. We overnighting a deposit From the California Office. I stopped back at the job on me way back to California And there was material on the job with four for carpenters and they hadn’t cashed the check before starting my project. Within 11 days we had a shell and a roof. Amazing !!!! I have been doing construction for over 30 years and very rarely do you see a company conduct themselves with such integrity and speed.
