I am very pleased with my experience and the results of my new roof by BYLTup! After getting several quotes, theirs was highly competitive with a phenomenal warranty I couldn't pass up. Brady was informative and thorough during his initial inspection of my old roof. Email communication with Erika was pleasant and all paperwork was easy to navigate. The tear down was fast and I appreciated that they covered the pool to prevent any debris from falling in. After the permit was issued, work began and was completed quickly. The work crew was efficient and considerate throughout the entire job. Brady provided me with updates during the process, letting me know how things were going and what to expect next. I had a fantastic experience with BYLTup. I have had a leak that numerous companies have tried to fix. I couldn't be happier that I chose to go with BYLTup to replace my roof. Not only did they install a new great looking roof, they redesigned the area that was causing the leak. After three days of rain, there is no more leaking! I can't say enough nice things about my point person Dominick who was an excellent communicator throughout the entire process. As was Erica who kept me up to date with the costs of any additions as the processed moved forward. Ariel and his crew did an amazing job over four days. They worked so hard and kept the surrounding areas around my house, including my pool clean and safe. I felt taken care of as well by Alec who was on site everyday checking in.

Bylt up did a great job, communication was excellent. When there was an issue or a slight oversight in the amount of solar shingles I was supposed to receive, they quickly resolved it. They also accommodated a lengthy pause in the roofing to allow my GC to add a new front porch. Brady was great to work with and was in constant communication with me through the project. I’d highly recommend them.
