Jonathan and Jared were very professional and provided a timely fix to our heating problem with our home. They were very informative on the root cause of the problem which was the heating coil and clearly explained the solution. Within an hour our unit was fixed and running back to normal heat. HVAC system went out on a Wednesday 1/21 just a few days before a big winter storm was projected to hit the area. Called Byrd Brothers Heating and Air and they told me they would send someone out on Thursday 1/22 to check it out and that they could replace the system on Saturday 1/24 if needed and gave me a quote. Received a text early Thursday morning that they would be at my house in 10 minutes and could install the system today. The boys were super professional, respectful, and answered any questions I had. They had everything done and cleaned up by mid afternoon. I was very thankful for their speedy service and getting me on the schedule so quickly, especially with bad weather coming. These guys had great customer service! Came to my house to install a new coil pack and a new external unit with a blower wheel cleaning and few other touch ups. They were quick. But not too quick. Cory was great! Came out on a weekend to get our heat back up and running! I’m happy to report that we have heat! He was very kind, informative, and even wore booties to cover his shoes while he was in the house! I would highly recommend giving them a call for all your heat/ac needs!
