The heat was out at my parents house and of course it was the weekend... We called and Brady answered while attending his brother's wedding! He took the time to talk me through getting the heat working during this freezing night. They then helped me get the parts installed at a great price on Monday. They even checked the manufacturer warranty to save me $. The team there is great and I would highly recommend the Byrd Brothers for all of your HVAC needs. Professional. Honest. Helpful. Friendly. I'd even go out of my way to use them as they are based in the small town of Sweeny. Thank you!

These guys are fantastic. They do what they promise. They show up when scheduled. Their work is excellent. They really know their craft and their work is great. Prices are VERY fair. Trustworthy, nice, ethical. I have used their services several times. Won't call anyone else.

We were looking for a good air-conditioning company so we asked around for recommendations. Byrd Brothers came highly recommended by friends who have used them. We had an issue with our air-conditioner so we called on Monday and they were able to fit us in on Wednesday morning. The young lady who answered the phone was polite and professional, and she took the time to understand our issue. She clearly stated the callout fee, as well as an optional after-hours callout fee, if we wanted to go that route. We received text messages concerning the appointment and were alerted with a photo of Randy when he was on his way Wednesday morning. He arrived on time and got right to it. Amazing company! I had them come and replace antique duct work but they did wayyyyy more! They rerouted the ducts to make the air flow much efficient and we can really tell the difference. They even added an vent we didn't know we needed. Also, their crew got along so great. You can tell they are happy with their employers. I highly, highly recommend them!!!

Our unit kept freezing up last night call Byrd Brothers and Randy was out to our house by 9:30 this morning Saturday . Very informative about what was going on. And fixed us up in no time. Definitely will continue using Byrd Brothers.
