Byrd Pool Service

Byrd pools did a renovation of our pool. Removing all the old tile and plaster. We added new tile and a pebble tech finish. All of their crews were respectful of our property, cleaned up after themselves and did a very good job on our project. We have also used them prior to this with equipment maintenance and issues and will continue to do so.

We entrusted Byrd Pool Service to retile and replaster our pool and spa, and complete a redesign of our spa spillway. Alex and his crew did a great job completing this work in a fast, efficient fashion. We absolutely love the end product and would highly recommend this company to others.

I have only good things to say about Byrd. The gentleman they sent out to do the work, Robert, was speedy and skilled. I was pleasantly surprised to see the invoice come in lower than I was expecting. Most importantly, my entire system is free of leaks now. I know for certain who I will call next time.

We have had a LOT of service issues with other companies prior to using Byrd Pools as our go-to. We are glad to have found a company that stands behind its services and willing to do consistently good work. Shane came last week to close our slide and waterfall. He was super expedient, and at the same time was willing to listen to and answer all my questions.

I recently had a client that needed a pool inspection so I reached out to Michael Smith who explained the process and got us scheduled. ER Smith came out to do the inspection and he was very thorough. After he finished he sat down with myself and my buyer and went over everything regarding the pool and his finding. He answered questions and explained how certain things worked and why/ how it needed repaired. The next day Michael called and apologized for not having the bid for the repairs to be yet (it was 11am) and I was surprised, I didnt even expect it that soon and thanked him for the customer service of taking the time to call and let me know he was working on it.
