BZ Plumbing

I had a major outdoor leak from my bury hydrant that leaked all winter and left a big mess on my yard and my water bill was to the roof. I called several plumbing companies and they were all either overpriced or wouldnt make it out in a couple weeks. I also previously had evans plumbing come to fix it and all they did was come to look at it and charged us but the guy didnt know what he was talking about. I called BZ Plumbing and they were able to schedule us in the same week and come to fix it. Alma Buhler (owner/operator) got right to it and got it fixed. He didnt leave till he made sure the problem was solved for good! I am very satisfied with the job he did and surprised by how fast he got it done within the same day regardless of the 30 mph winds outside. I definitely recommend this

This is a great company. Everyone is so nice and kind. They responded in a very timely manner and the job was done quickly. They are very professional and figure out the best way to take care of the problem. They are priced very fairly and do not gouge you on the price. I would recommend B-Z Plumbing to everyone, they make the problem so much more manageable.

The plumbers who came to fix the issues were great. The billing department is not great. I had paid the bill and had a receipt. BZ plumbing sent me to collections over a paid bill. When I called them to ask why it was sent when their was proof of payment, no one ever got back to me. I called them twice with no response. I understand mistakes happen but a call back would have been appreciated. The collection company was prompt and accepted the receipt from BZ plumbing.

Called talked to an office lady requested to have a quote done. Sent two plumbers over to look at my plumbing situation. They didnt know what i had called about guess secretary forgot to tell them. Took a bunch of pictures got my number and email. It will be a whole month this friday. Have called three times keep saying they will send a quote to me. Pretty rediculous wait just to get a bid on work. They were so hyped that they had two plumbers so could get job done really fast. Couldnt give me any in person quotes. Just we will get back to you. Than nothing. Bit weird to have someone enter your house take a bunch of pitures and no bid. Very unprofessional. Waste of time trying to even consider hiring these guys.

Alma and crew was so patient and wonderful people to have come out to fix my mom's plumbing issues. I highly recommend this company. We have used them 2 times now. And will always be using this company in the future if we need anything else done. Plus they work with you if you can't afford to pay it all at once, which is a godsend for us. Thank you Alma for always taking such great great great care of the work you do for us.
