Had a warranty service issue assigned to this company. I Called this company 8 times and all I got was voicemail. Left voicemail 8 times and still no response. Contacted my warranty company and they called and received voicemail and they followed up their calls with emails… still NO RESPONSE! Seems like one star is too high a rating for companies who handle business in this manner!

The gentlemen that did the ceiling fan installation were very professional. They did an excellent job. There was no fixture. They had to install from scratch. We are quite pleased.

BZIP is amazing. I called to have them come fix my light fixture and they came early the next morning! I loved chatting with the technician and he finished the repair pretty quickly! Great prices as well. I was really happy with everything and would definitely call them again.

BZip sent two gentlemen out to my home to repair three faulty light switches. They worked very efficiently and finished up within 10 minutes. They even consulted and provided a same day estimate for installing a lamp post along my front walkway. I was thinking of just removing the wire where an old light post was, but after speaking with them they provided a second option I never thought of that would add curb appeal to my home I'm preparing to sell. Great service and reasonable prices!

Brian and his team were absolutely phenomenal! They were able to successfully diagnose multiple failed outlets and repair/replace needed receptacles. Extremely knowledgeable! His team was also able to quote and install a new outlet as well. Both visits were on time and well communicated! Highly recommend Brian and his team!
