You can't beat the price and the attention to detail here. As long as you're willing to work with the design team and listen to their advice about the layout and installation, they are the best for the price in town. They're very considerate during installation and very professional. We'll be using them again if we do another kitchen remodel.

Absolutely dreadful encounter! Dealt with a female staff member who seems to have mistaken customer service for a personal inconvenience. It's like she's in a competition to be the worst at customer interaction. Zero interest in retaining business, and clearly thinks customer satisfaction is just a myth. A masterclass in how NOT to handle clients. Steer clear of this one! What a disappointment. There were multiple clear paths this situation could have been resolved through, but it's abundantly clear that customer service isn't your organization's strong suit, as evidenced by numerous similar reviews. Guess what? Your competition gladly seized the opportunity to earn my business. Thanks, but no thanks.
