C and J Water Softeners & Treatment

Absolutely amazing experience! Their salesman came out to my home for no cost to give me a quote. He left me with a brochure and there was no pressure to immediately schedule, which I really appreciated. When they came out to do the install, Jon and Tony were very polite and worked so fast! I think they were only here about an hour setting everything up. They explained how everything worked and the best part was the final bill was exactly what I was quoted!! No surprise fees or extras at the end. Cannot say enough good things!

The guys at C&J were very informative, helpful, friendly and professional. My husband and I were referred by our builder about C&J. They came by looked at everything and gave a quote. Explained all of the options. Once we decided what we wanted, we set up an appointment and they were there . The installation was quick and again everything was explained to me. Super easy upkeep and works extremely well. I highly recommend C&J for any and all soft needs.

I have so many good things to say about this company that I am not sure where to begin. Probably at how quickly they came out to check our water when we had a problem (even though we were a new customer) and how friendly their technician was. I have had other company's come by in the past and often times people don't take me seriously. This was such a refreshing visit though. Their technician listened to my concerns and answered all my questions with mutual respect and patience. A short two weeks after that initial visit, they came by to replace my water softener system and they also did an excellent job. They took out our very old system and replaced it with their new one. Afterwards they explained how it works and what I need to do to maintain it. Again, they were nothing but kind to me.

C and j water were great in every aspect. I called from web info, they called back the very next day. We sat up an appointment, they came on time and made it easy for me to decide. No pressure. The installation was done on time. Not a single problem. So now I am enjoying my soft water with not a single problem or second thought. This is a company I highly recommend.

C and J did an awesome job making our well water not seem like well water! They showed up on time, gave fair prices and didn’t try to oversell us on anything. The few times we’ve had issues or questions, they’ve come out and fixed them right away. The guys that come out have always been super easy to talk to, kind and polite. I absolutely recommend them to anyone, but especially if you want your well water to not be well water!
