UPDATE: After the initial incident I went in to talk to management about the ordeal and to see if they would provide a more realistic estimate. They sent out a new plumber who was very polite and knowledgeable about what needed to be done and provided a new estimate for only the drain and then returned Monday to complete the job and did a great job. They made sure to call and keep us updated on his estimated arrival. Thanks Original review (modified): I'm very disheartened with this company. We called to have them come out and fix our kitchen sink drain pipe as it came disconnected under the house. It appears that it was never glued. Edelmar Morales and coworker came to pump out my septic tank. It was very easy to book online. They were on time, very professional, super nice and was the best price out of 3-4 others that I contacted. If you are in the Wilson area I highly recommend C & M plumbing and septic!! Thank you guys!

I would gladly reccomend C and M Plumbing to anyone I know that needs their services. Their plumber Zeke came out to the house and installed a tankless water heater and then came back the next day (with George) and removed the old tank from the attic. All in all Zeke was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The price for the install was reasonable and the job didn't take long at all. Plus they got here when they said they would and there was no trash left behind. 5 stars from me, and I will be calling C&M again for any future plumbing needs.

We had a fantastic experience with C&M Septic. They came out the next business day after we called. Jamie and Sleepy were very professional, friendly, and quick! They provided answers to all of my questions and gave helpful tips and tricks to keep our septic in good condition. They had our septic system located within a minute of their arrival and only dug exactly what was necessary to get our system cleaned. Our yard was left in great condition afterwards and almost appeared as if they had never been here. Overall, superb service! This will definitely be the only company that we will use going forward.
