C B Haskell Fuel Co Inc

We have been customers of CB Haskell for over 20 years and have found their office staff and technicians top notch. Last fall my wife and I decided to have a back up propane heater installed in the first floor of our home. One of the owners came out in September and gave us an estimate. Three months later our heater was not operating. The owner failed to properly install the B vent as it was only installed horizontally with no vertical rise. No drip leg for the gas line and no emergency vent shutoff switch. After reading the installation manual, I told the owner that I would be having a state inspector from the Fuel Board inspect his work. The tone of the owner changed immediately and he wanted to back out completely of the install. I said no, finish the B vent properly and I will

Time and time again, they don’t disappoint. From emergency service, to new installs, to maintenance and fuel fills, I haven’t had anything I’d complain issues with offerings. They’ve done a lot of work for me and they are great people to work with.

These people are terrific! Used them for over 20 years. They do what they say they will at reasonable prices. They took care of my elderly Mom's house and art studio. I never had to worry about her being overcharged or sold something she didn't need as opposed to her previous big supplier. Several years ago when propane was in short supply they brought out a 5 gallon tank to keep her studio heated until they could fill it. I've used them to install new equipment on several properties. Prompt, professional, courteous describe this company.

A huge shout out to CB Haskell & Justin for staying late to make sure our new furnace & hot water was up and running!! We appreciate their amazing customer service and dedication to getting the job done! We have heat & the best hot showers we've ever had living in this house for the last 6 1/2 years!
