We had very poor service. We paid 200$ for a door tempered glass. the glass was scratch and dirty when we went to pick it up. after 2 weeks they said they fix it - no explanation how. I still can see the scratch even if it is faired. When we finally got the glass -it did not fit in the same door was installed before for 24 years. We measure the glass and was uneven. We had to pay more money to adjust the door to fit the poor glass. Do not recommend this outfit. we have done better to buy the entire door.

We recently had C&D put glass in for a remodeled shower, a fixed panel and a hinged door. They took the measurements and then did the installation. We were impressed with the care they took to make sure everything was aligned properly and securely fastened in place. They were very careful bringing equipment into our house and cleaning up once they were done. We're very happy with the end result.

Overall - good shop, no surprises, responsive and professional folks. I had a foggy window and asked for quotes the nearest glass shops. Some did not even bother responding. This shop's quote was the most competitive and the measurements and installation were done on time as promised. Took around a month to produce the glass but in my case they provided the timelines and set the expectations up front.

We had a glass shower door installed. There was a discrepancy with the finish of the hardware. I called and spoke to a very nice woman who helped resolve the issue. They came back to replace the handle and hinges. They were pleasant and did a great job. Love our shower door and would use them again.

I have been filling my glass needs here since 1979. I don't need glass often, but over the years I've had storm windows repaired, mirrors made, shower doors installed, picture frame glass cut and even a circular 10in wall clock crystal made. Work and service have always been 100% professional. When I have needed quick turnaround I have always gotten it. Of course I never say I need it fast if I don't. No, they don't have a latte machine in their showroom. If you want a latte, go to starbucks. If you need glass, go here.
