I hate to agree with the review on followup but unfortunately, my experience was similar. Scott is a warm and engaging person; even sent the quote. But I have tried for several weeks to get a response (texting, calling, emailing) to no avail. Hopefully all is well but the time invested is disappointing with this type of result.

Scott is tremendously knowledgeable about his field. That said, I invested time to meet him and asked for a quote and the company never got back to me or returned my calls. I'm disappointed I invested my valuable time with an unprofessional company.

Extremely unexperienced. Terrible attitude and also they were to busy driving around getting breakfast and coffee to talk to a 10 year skilled person. The owner was even worse. But that's okay you get some bad ones and some good ones.
