One out of five stars The communication before the appointment was clear and concise. However, once the technician arrived to replace my car key, the experience went downhill. He repeatedly claimed there were “additional issues” and continuously increased the price, none of which were discussed or agreed upon beforehand. I would not recommend this service. Make sure all communication and pricing are in writing (text messages) so you have proof of the agreed price before the technician arrives. Otherwise, they may continue to change the price on you. Very disappointing experience.
