Hands down the best HVAC company I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve actually used them on tons of my own projects and referred several customers their way without ever having a single hiccup or issue. It’s nice knowing I can trust someone and refer others to them without a doubt in my mind that they will deliver the best service out there. Highly recommend C. Davis Heating and Air. We needed a mini split added and the entire experience was wonderful. They came quickly and provided a quote and confirmed all needed locations and details. We scheduled to install a few days later and the team was professional, respectful and was in and out quickly and without issue. The mini split works great!

Communication was great during a complicated process with the manufacturer under a warranty situation. George, George and Xavier were prompt, polite, and professional with the installation. The office staff and all others that worked on this situation were thorough and professional. I really appreciated the communication and perseverance to get this accomplished.

Jeff was so nice. He fixed the issue I had called about then kinda gave my unit a check. He saw that my thermostat needed to be updated. The office called right after he left and scheduled an appointment to update the thermostat the next day. All under my warranty. Thank you Jeff!

Update: Camron and his lead tech came out today to make things right. Went through the system and made sure all levels/ operations were in normal operating levels. Appreciated them reaching out to make this right. I’m raising this to a three star due to this fact. As a former business owner I understand that some issues are just going to happen. Quick response on initial trip out for repairs, but the technician never followed through with parts order. Approximately a month later I followed up requesting an update. Parts were never ordered. Technician also did not do a proper service check and was unfamiliar with how to repair as he stayed on the phone with someone trying to walk him through the issues.
