I cannot express how grateful I am to John Buell for the fabulous work he and his colleague, John did on our hardwood floor installation. I called him from Florida to ask him to do the work in our townhouse in Troy before we relocated back up to NY. He did an AMAZING job in three weeks. I LOVE these floors!! Excellent communication and expertise. He was extremely helpful and kept us apprised every step of the way. I'm so grateful--- especially because I trusted him after speaking to him on the phone...without even being here to see the work until the last few days. He did not disappoint!! And I am so happy!! Thank you, John!!!

Steve and I had the pleasure of meeting John and Chris Buelle over a decade ago when our side by side refrigerator leaked and made a hole in our kitchen floor. They built a new subfloor and put the perfect linoleum down. They were very thorough and clean. Back in November 2021, we contacted them to replace carpets in our master bedroom and living room. Again, the work was fantastic and even though Chris wasn't part of the crew, the men that did come, moved furniture and were just as thorough as we'd remembered this company being. The carpeting is lovely! Now, we are using them again as, the hot water tank leaked and ruined the far end bedroom carpet. I highly recommend this small company for any of your flooring needs!
