Carlos, the owner is very knowledgeable and was able to get my LG washer fixed super quickly. His text messages and follow through was great. I knew every step of the way when he was coming when my part came in and when he was coming back. I highly recommend this company. And I love that it is a local (Fairlawn, OH) business.
