I have been in business for 34 years first starting out part time and when my daughter was going to be born, I decided to quit my 9 to 5 job and run my part-time business and step up from a warehouse building environment to an office environment to attract bigger and better customers. I Dealt with many people with the Coakley brothers and sister in every day Issues that you have when you lease a building. I am going on my 27th year at my first location with them and in my 4th year with an additional location which doubled my capacity. I wish I could say business was at pre-COVID levels but it is not, yet we are continuing to grow slowly every month and I just have to say that my newest location is the 15th location that I have had in 34 years. I have not been a customer of Coakley but I am writing this review as the granddaughter for an employee. My grandpa has been employed by Coakley for as long as I can remember. My grandma was diagnosed with cancer about a year ago. Unfortunately my grandma passed away Feb. 15, 2020. Not only did Coakley send a beautiful flower arraignment for her services but everyone that my grandpa works for and with showed up. They offered hugs, condolences and smiles in our family's time of need. Thank you Coakley for being so compassionate, patient and understanding. I don't think this company realizes that when they were taking care of my grandpa it allowed him to take care of my grandma the way she deserved to be taken care of.
