ASTRONOMICAL HIGH..Paid for a broken pipe over $500 which was completed in less than 30 minutes..I could have fixed the pipe for less than $20..This was a once in a lifetime fix. I will never do business again. I recommend to others reading my review CALL ELSEWHERE AND COMPARE, be prepared to pay their high service fee if they come out to give you a quote. Be weary of price gouging contractors!!!!!! I will never explain to NO BUSINESS my BUSINESS. I don't live in Kentucky so how could I show up. There job is to fix the water for my tenants and not expect me to be present. BEWARE

Was not happy with the service provided based on what I was told by my tenant. The people at C & J contacted me and explained things and we agreed to an adjustment that was reasonable. They sincerely worked to try to make me satisfied.

Polite and prompt scheduling, we're able to pencil us in short-notice and same day. Crew was professional and cleared clog in minutes (toy whisk flushed by toddler). Would highly recommend and will utilize again if needed.

We called C&J out to see if they could resolve a flow issue with one of our toilets. They sent a snake down the toilet (damaging the bathroom wall in the process) & said they would need to check the crawl space. Checked the crawl space & said they would need to remove the toilet to clear the pipe. Removed the toilet, messed around with that & said they couldn’t fix it. Asked us if we wanted them to reinstall the toilet (?!) and then charged us $650 for all of it. We will never call them again.
