C K's Heating & Cooling

Love CK! They came Wednesday to set up a whole new system for me after our old one gave out. They were quick, stayed professional, and kept me in the loop about what they were doing throughout. After the setup they made sure I understood how my unit worked and what it would sound/look like while running and what to look for to know if it needed servicing or not. It was nice to wake up and not be half frozen finally! Definitely recommend these guys!

AC Compressor blew on an old system. Time for an upgrade. CK's price was right there with about three others. CK employees seemed a bit more competent and thorough with one exception, a comment was made that when the installers arrived, if the electrical needed upgrades, they would have to hold the install. Please take a few minutes to evaluate that up front. As it was, no issues. A better written scope of work projected and supplied to the buyer would be a plus especially when spending that much money on a system. But the system was installed quickly. CK followed up with a quality control check the next day which put my mind at ease. Bryant system seems to be working well. Plan to use CK in the future, if needed. No hard feeling but hope that is a long time down the road.

Had some issues with our AC, i found CK recommended by many others on the local community Facebook page. I contacted CK and they helped troubleshoot and changed some parts. The parts changed were not entirely the issue, they made the ticket right and recommended replacing our older AC unit. (We attempted to get a 2nd opinion from another company and waited 4 days then the weekend and were still on a list to be seen come monday). We decided to proceed with getting a new unit. Communication with CK was great, their estimate process and procedures are clear and thorough. The financing options are hard to beat. CK provided window units for us while we waited for the new unit to arrive. Fortunately, CK was able to get us taken care of days ahead of schedule and we have a nice cool house again!

C K’s guys were AMAZING! They helped me every step of the way. Every call was returned or I received a text to let me know they would get back with me. VERY FRIENDLY STAFF. The install was great, they temp checked both heating and air conditioning and made sure that I knew how to use the new thermostat. They asked me through out the process if I had any questions. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CK’S for your heating and cooling needs!!!

Replaced my 16-year old unit with the Bryant 5 ton “preferred”. It’s only been four days, but my new unit is much quieter than the old unit and cools as expected. From the estimate to the install, I was very pleased with their work and friendliness. Highly recommended!
