CP Landscapes has done an excellent job taking care of my yard for close to 4 years. Approximately 1 ½ years ago I worked with Cory and Michelle to develop an upgraded design for both my front and back yards. Their knowledge, guidance and patience with me in developing a game plan was first rate. The finished product greatly exceeded my expectations. I have and would recommend CP Landcapes without hesitation.

I found both Cory and Michelle to be easy and wonderful to work with. They both listened to what my vision was for both the front and back yards of my home. I wanted to pull all the succulents out and replace them with flowers and flowering plants that better fit my Craftsman style home. A complete overhaul of the irrigation system was also done as well as adding more pavers. Michelle’s designs were beautiful and gave me several options to choose from. Cory was always checking in on site and available to see if I had any questions. I have received numerous compliments on my beautiful yard and am so glad that get to enjoy it. I highly recommend CP Landscapes to all my friends and would not hesitate to use them again.

I’ve used CP Landscapes for three projects now and all of them have turned out better than I imagined. Cory is very detailed and transparent in his pricing and in the quality of his work. Michelle takes your ideas, gives you a plan and then oversees those plans to make sure you get exactly what you are wanting. Their crew are all nice and professional, they make sure the work site is cleaned up everyday. You will not find a piece of trash or any dirt left on your driveway when they leave for the day. The relationship with CP Landscape doesn’t end when the job is finished, Cory and Michelle are always following up months and even years later making sure that everything is still working and you are still happy with your yard.

We contracted with Cory to redo our entire landscape in Cayucos, fences, pavers, drainage and a drought tolerant native plant habitat. Cory and team were great to work with, honest, good communication, high quality work. We continue to use CP Landscape for our maintenance and the crew is great. We love the transformation that has occurred and get constant compliments from friends and neighbors. Chris, myself and our dog Taxie highly recommend CP Landscapes - they are the best!

I would NOT recommend relying on CP Landscape for any design/installation projects. Cory gives conflicting promises and then does not respond at all to emails/updates. He takes on too many clients so he cannot even respond in a reasonable time frame. Further, Cory does NOT like a customer to seek other estimates! He even scolded me in a condescending tone, very rude for doing that when he failed to follow through with an estimate! His designer seems blank about scheduling. There are certainly many other professional landscape designers/installers who overshine CP Landscaping!
