I do not recommend C.S. Garber. Call Terry with TLT Well Pumps LLC instead! We called Garber on a Monday about a well pump that wouldn’t prime. Without inspecting it, they advised it sounded like a clogged foot valve on a jet pump and recommended replacing it with a submersible pump and took a $2,000 deposit for the work. Because we were out of state with our home listed for sale and closing in a week and a half, we agreed after being told they’d assess it Tuesday and fix it Thursday. I called Wednesday and they stated they never went out Tuesday to assess. On Thursday, they said they couldn’t find the well and claimed the cap we identified was a hand-dug well that didn’t feed the house. I can’t say enough good things about this company! We were having water pressure issues that we thought might be related to our well. The technician arrived exactly when they said he would and spent a lot of time helping diagnose the issue, even after determining it wasn’t a well problem. We were very happy with the service and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs help with their well.

We woke up to a nightmare scenario on Christmas Eve morning – no water coming from my parents’ faucets. My parents live out in the country (in Montgomery County) and thus aren’t connected to any city water supply, with a ground water well that goes down ~235 feet. We had a Christmas Eve party planned for later that evening, followed by a big day with family on Christmas. They drilled our well in 1992 or ‘93 no problems until 2012ish when lightning hit the well cap and today the circuit board gave up. Both times we called for service, they were here so fast I think they live around the corner. Both times the issues were fixed fast and correctly. Prices are reasonable. I have been using C.S. Garber for about five years and haven’t had an issue. They service when they say they will and keep my water treated and clean.
