This communication serves as a formal complaint regarding the unacceptable and violent conduct of one of your employees operating a CWSI vehicle today. The employee, operating a vehicle with the license plate shown below, verbally threatened and assaulted my spouse in my absence. This encounter took place today, DECEMBER 3, 2025, at approximately 4:30 PM in front of the Longhorn Steakhouse on 88th Street (Kendall Drive). Due to the violent nature of this encounter, I will be filing a formal police report. I demand that CWSI management take immediate and necessary disciplinary action, up to and including the termination of this individual's employment. This company’s driver parked his truck blocking three cars, after waiting for about 20 minutes I realized he was with another driver from the same company that was pulled over by a police officer. He took his time to move the car and when I told him hey why would you do that? I have been waiting for 20 minutes and you don’t see to care he answer was this is America if you don’t like it go back to your country! Yelled at me in front of my kid. Hey dude what you don’t know is I am US citizens as well. And I probably paid more taxes than you do. This company should be more vigilant when hiring.
