C2 Glass Services

Incredibly unreliable. Does not show up when they say they will. Does not complete work in a timely manner. Does not pick up after themselves on the off chance you do get them to show up.

My home was hit with a tornado and the ONLY service that gave me headaches was C2. I literally had a worker show up with a ladder asking me "where is the glass replacement pieces?" How am I supposed to know?? I had to reschedule the install three times....When they left, they thought it would be okay to leave GIANT PIECES of BROKEN GLASS in my daughter's bedroom. My recommendation is to NEVER hire this group of incompetent fools. NEVER!

I've contacted C2 Glass Services twice to come out and give an estimate regarding install of glass block windows. Today, 10/26 2023 would be the 3rd time. I spoke to the receptionist who was kind and apologetic. As I was explaining; that it's not professional for me to call 3x's and no one has reached out. And I couldn't image paying a company I had to chase to do business with. (calmly might I ad) A male voice in the background, said ok and disconnected! Not very professional! FYI...your choice to make.

Called talked to the lady about having someone coming to the house for an estimate on installation of a shower door for basement bathroom and also wanted a glass self made. She was out of the office with the children, okay said she would talk to the installers to see who would be available for an estimate. Never called, probably didn’t write down the information. So I thought I’d at least follow up with her. Business is closed went to voicemail typical!

Awesome product at a fair price. Shipping was moderate but nothing unexpected from the other side of the country. Will be watching new products for mote tomorrow o add to my collection 😂
