A few months ago I had my washer get checked out and it was “repaired” by one of the technicians at this company. A few days later the washer broke again. The company came back to fix the washer again, (which they said they fixed) but low and behold, it was broken again. The technician stated that if the washer stops working this time, then it’s done for good. Well, my daughters (who are both in their early 20’s and know nothing about appliances) watched some YouTube videos and bought some parts and repaired the washer themselves. The washer is now working just fine. It’s frustrating paying a company to fix a problem just for it to not be fixed. It would be understandable if the washer was beyond repair, but obviously it wasn’t. All that was changed was the water pump and the pulley. 2 you

Are you guys still open? I have called the past three days and it goes straight to a message that says you don’t have a voicemail set up. I tried to text from your website and it gives me all 8’s to text. I am supposed to have a fridge delivered on Monday and need to push back.

Needed a washer repair. The C2K technician, Gary, arrived exactly on time, was very professional and friendly. Since I had provided the error codes he quickly diagnosed the problem and showed me how he did it. Gary gave me a thorough explanation of everything before he started the repair. And because I provided the machine info and error codes he came with the necessary part. Although the repair ended up being $250, it should be noted that he stayed on site and ran the machine long enough to ensure it was working properly. In addition to the 30 day warranty specific to this repair, C2K provided an additional one year total machine warranty. I am super happy with the service provided by C2K and highly recommend them.

C2K provided prompt, friendly service and guidance to extend the life of our dishwasher.
