After visiting two other designers, we were lucky enough to find CabAve. I was adamant about renovating our small kitchen in our 1921 Dutch Revival home in a way which honored the original design of the home without changing the footprint, but was frustrated by the feeling that I had no real vision of what it should look like. By chance, I found an image from Old House Journal and wrote to the editor of the magazine, who was kind enough to write back. I took that image to CabAve and they helped me to interpret and personalize it in a way that perfectly realized the vision that I was looking for.
