Cabinet Express

Kitchen remodels are a huge project. I got quotes from 4 companies and choose cabinet express because the stayed in my budget , had quality cabinets and started work 4 days after visiting their showroom. Jules was my project manager he made sure everything was beyond my expectations and eased any anxiety I felt with this major change. He treated my kitchen as if it was his own and made sure every detail was perfect. His crew was amazing. They were professional, experienced, clean and very trustworthy. Demis did the finishing touches and let me tell you this guy blew me away. No detail was left unattended. I highly recommend Jules and his crew. Buyer Beware! This is a sleazy operation. I had a design done and asked Heather when the best sale would be and it was Black Friday and she would contact me. She didn't and I emailed to ask what was going on, then called and found out she went out on medical leave without transferring her communications to another associate. I called after Black Friday to learn this and tried to get the process underway again and they wouldn't honor the sale. I called again and spoke with Todd; he asked if I had an email and I said yes but Heather lied and said she didn't have an email from me so he still wouldn't honor the sale. I've given the design to another company and Cabinet Express lost the sale. ETA 22 Feb 2021: I have an email dated 24 November 2020 asking Heather when the Black Friday Sale

I placed an order for some vanity cabinets about a month ago that I had to make a small change to. No one ever called or responded to my emails, so I purchased from another vendor. STILL have not been refunded the money. IF you can get someone to answer the phone, they trip over each other trying to figure out who to blame, and still nothing gets done. I'm a contractor and install 2-3 kitchens/baths a month. This is no way to do business. Tread carefully.

EXTREMELY pleased with everyone I worked with at Cabinet Express. I reached out to them initially because I was working with what had to be the worst contractors ever to re-do our master bathroom. After my bad contractrors put the vanity cabinets in, I decided to terminate my business relationship with them and find someone who could get me additional matching cabinets to complete the bathroom. Not only did Cabinet Express get exactly what I needed, they did it over the phone. I was shocked that Todd walked me through each item in detail to assure that I was getting what I wanted along with necessary trim, crown molding, skins, etc. I measured, and he answered all my questions. I visited every other cabinet store in the area and was unimpressed with selection and sales tactics... Then we walked in here. Our sales gal was Emi and she was great. We brought a blueprint of our layout and an idea of what we wanted for our basement kitchenette and she filled-in the rest. She's incredibly knowledgeable about her products and very straight forward on pricing. Other stores tend to leave off small details in the quote like crown moulding, light rail and toe-kicks to get a lower bid. I received the cabinets ready-to-assemble and they were simple to build and install. Couldn't be happier.
