Cabinet Expressions

I'm sorry to report that I did everything in my power to do business with Cabinet Expressions, but Jean (owner) and Jessica both, on two consecutive days dropped the ball and stood me up on their commitment to take measurements at my home for a quote. On both occasions I was told after our expected appointment time that they would need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances. First, Jean told me she confused my Bridgeland community in Cypress with one in College Station, and because of that, would rather reschedule than drive 40 minutes to where I live. The reality is, I'm very familiar with College Station, by daughter lives there, I go there several times a week, I even lived there myself when I attended Texas A&M University, and I've researched it... there is NO other Bridgeland

We were referred to Cabinet Expressions from a friend who works in the home building industry. We worked with Brooke and she was fantastic and responsive throughout the process. She helped us design a kitchen that is both beautiful and functional. I had a rough idea of what we wanted, and she listened, offered her own expertise to our concept, and made it happen for us. We have been thrilled with the result!

I recently posted a 1-star review. I am now changing that to 5-stars. Ms. Jean, the CEO, was quick to respond even to a small retail client like myself. She explained what happened and has been very helpful in helping me obtain the correct cabinet to match what the builder installed but was unable to add at construction. I am very impressed that Ms. Jean and her company are so willing to take care of small clients while serving much larger accounts! Thank you!

Well they started installing my cabinets 4 months ago and they are still not done. Not only are these cabinets more expensive than Home Depot or Lowes for the exact same cabinet, but the service is lower too. First, The layout is poor, and the cabinets came to their warehouse and nobody checked to see if the order was accurate, then they just kept installing even though they came in with 3 different door fronts and then they kept missing parts to complete the job and it is taking numerous orders to get the items in instead of just ordering it right the first or even second time. Save your time and money and go to a big box store.

I have left numerous messages and emails to speak with Jessica and a lady name Katie about my cabinets. I am from Taylor Morrison Homes Corporate. No one from Cabinet Expressions have return a call or email for more than 3 weeks now. I will be reporting this up to our corporate division and delivering all information to other builders to be aware of the customer service of this company.
