We were embarking on a complete remodel of our kitchen, dining room, living room and entry way which was long overdue after 36 years which was overwhelming! One day, on Instagram, a post by Cabinet Factory Outlet Plus popped up. We looked at their page and liked what we saw so we followed them. It took us a while to give them a call and Vicky Bauer answered the phone. We are SO glad she did! She was amazing to work with, and we were able to have a beautiful design created in about two weeks! She is knowledgeable, creative, professional, and we appreciated the time she took to be sure the measurements were precise and providing a detailed quote! There is nothing like remodeling a kitchen during a pandemic but with the help of Holly & everyone else at CFO, I got a WONDERFUL new kitchen out of it. While we had some obstacles along the way, the staff at CFO were more than willing to go above & beyond to make ensure my satisfaction (even the owner came out to my house to make it right!!!). Now that is what I call customer service!!
