I had a great experience with Cabinet Factory. I worked with Sam, and she was fabulous and so helpful. I told her my budget and what I was looking for, and she suggested the perfect cabinets. She was also great about sending different options and photos of what everything would look like, which made my decisions that much easier. The cabinets arrived quickly, about two weeks after ordering, and pickup from the Claymont warehouse was a breeze. I will recommend this company to everyone I know, and will definitely use them again in the future.

Worked with Emily on our kitchen project. We made it clear to her that my husband was doing the remodel and we needed materials and she was nothing but wonderful with assisting us. We’ve shopped around at a few places and every company we mentioned that to decided to treat us differently as we only wanted materials and not their labor, but not Emily. She was responsive, great with communication, and even helped us out asap when we had an issue with one of our cabinets. They're a family-owned and run business and take a lot of care in finding the right options for their customers, and are professional and lovely to work with. Amanda helped us with our cabinets and created the design for our full kitchen renovation while working within our budget and style preferences. They also have great local recommendations for those looking for appliances, countertops, and knobs/pulls, and we're so happy with the direction they steered us in. If we move houses in the future and have to do another kitchen renovation, we will absolutely use Cabinet Factory again.
