I have nothing but good things to say about this company. Jaelyn was our sales person and she was extremely professional. She returned calls and emails quickly. We replace our lower cabinets in our kitchen and put in drawers, it is amazing how much more space I have in my kitchen. Not to mention ease of accessibility. Shannon was our cabinet installer and he was extremely professional. Did a great job cleaned up after himself It was really easy having him in my home. Ask for him when you need cabinets installed. The quality of the cabinets is excellent. The finish is a bit darker than the top but adds character and a quality look to our kitchen. I loved working with this company. I highly recommend Cabinet Warehouse.

Andrea at the Grand Prairie location helped with the cabinet layout of our kitchen and design of our coffee bar. She did a great job and we are very satisfied with the end results.

Absolutely enjoyed working with Jaelyn. She took time to make sure that the cabinet for our new bathroom was just right. She communicated efficiently and quickly responded to all of my questions.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share this experience. I walked into Cabinets warehouse (Grand Prairie) with my wife genuinely interested in making a purchase. However, the moment we started asking questions about one particular product store manager Andrea Contreras kept saying this product is really really expensive, let’s move towards budget friendly or basically cheap product. The interaction left me feeling judged and unwelcome, as though I didn’t look like someone who could afford anything better. It was uncomfortable and frankly disappointing. I kept myself composed and didn’t say anything out of my anger and for the sake of her respect. I hope others don’t get the same treatment as we did.

We ordered cabinets and paid for them andwas waiting for them to come in and we got a call saying they wouldn't deliver to this area. So Chris was such a nice person I wanted to continue with the company so I picked something else. We provided the measurements and place the order. The order came and the cabinet wouldn't work so we went in and spoke with Andrea and she looked at the diagram and reordered and still ordered the wrong thing. This project started in June and Andrea is saying my contractor should have known they don't make that size anymore. He measures and installs. We didn't and he didn't know they don't make that size cabinet anymore and now we've spent quite a bit of money. I feel like they should have told us in advance. If we're ordering we should be able to get the size w
