Fraud Warning: Called this company to have a set of kitchens completely re done. I spoke to an associate by the Name of Lili. I explained to Lili that I was not in a rush for any of our projects , Christmas was the next week & I don’t want a construction site spanning 2 weeks in the middle of all the holidays & new years. Lili expressed that they will get the job done by Christmas, and even proceeded to ask me if we were okay with them working through the holiday (which I said no cause even the installers should spend time with their families.) Lili then proceeded to tell me that they have another installer who carries different countertops , and which were both nicer and more cost effective. She talked me into using the other installer, and then took payments for the install , countertop,
