Very poor customer service. I would call and Carla cannot provide any feedback on my requests. She will always say that she will call the manager but always cannot reach the manager. Carla always say that the technician or manager did not put any updates in the system. When she promise to call, she never calls back even 2 weeks after. I always have to follow up. Schedules are not fulfilled as promised. One time I waited all day and no one came.

Prior reviews shared about poor customer service are 100% accurate. They change appts without notice and when you call to address it, they are very rude. The quality of work completed was also sub-par. Would definitely recommend looking elsewhere for your needs.

This is the builder prefer cabinet company. Really bad quality. Even my dog can do better job than theirs. If you builder has chosen this company, be careful.

Just bought a brand new condo in San Diego. The cabinets are worst quality I’ve ever seen. Cabinet bodies are 1/2” thick, with horrible vinyl cladding, not even melamine. Even ikea cabinets use 3/4” melamine. Hinge base plates positioned in wrong shelf pin holes on all cabinets, then repositioned, leaving two holes blown out in every wall cabinet. Cabinet panels are visibly cracked, they install them anyway, into a brand new condo. Cheap miterfolded drawer boxes are out of square and drawer fronts are badly misaligned. I’ve seen all grades of casework in my 30 year career in construction, this is by far the absolute worst. TriPac cabinets I installed in HUD housing projects was better!

Cabinet 2000 built kitchen cabinets for the house we began to rent in June 2015 at 60 Ashdale, Irvine CA 92620. I asked my landlord for repair of a cabinet door that was broken. He forwarded the request to the builder who contracts with this company. They setup a time to come to the house for the repair. They were a no show! They made apologies and rescheduled. Didn't show up a second time!! Another set of apologies and a reschedule. Did not show up. Three strikes!!! I would not give them a job to manufacture toothpicks!!
